It's official. The Luxembourg has become the second country in Europe, after Malta, to have legalized theself-production of cannabis.

Self-production in Luxembourg: a (rigid) regulation but one that gives hope

With 38 votes in favor and 22 against, the law just approved by the Luxembourg Parliament outlines the limits very precise to be respected. In particular:

The draft law, anticipated on the website of the Chamber of Deputies and which will be published shortly in the Official Gazette of the country, it only marks the first step towards one complete legalization.
