The latest attempt to sabotage the light cannabis sector in Italy arrives in the middle of summer. With a decree to the surprise of the Ministry of Health that revoke the suspension of the decree of October 1, 2020.
Decree which inserted "compositions for oral administration of cannabidiol obtained from cannabis extracts into the medicine table, section B, of Presidential Decree 309/90", better known as the consolidated law on narcotics.
This means that this latest decree, suspended due to the numerous protests at the time, will come into force 30 days after publication in the Official Journal. Publication which already took place last August 21st, so it will be valid from next August September 20th.
The consequences? If the decree is effective, Italy will be the only country in Europe that considers oral CBD preparations as one amazing, the sale of which will be entrusted exclusively to pharmacies.

TheCBD oil it is among the most widespread and effective methods for taking this cannabinoid with a thousand benefits. Product that is sold for technical use from hemp shops, e-commerce and herbalist shops for several years now.
Free marketing which from next September 20th, with the entry into force of the new decree, it will no longer be possible. Since, as mentioned above, sales will only be permitted to pharmacies.
Now there are two possibilities. The first is that the oils are produced with Synthetic CBD, which is not included in the provision issued. The second is that the government, with a law similar to the French one, introduces thresholds to authorize its sale as supplement.
