What does German legalization provide?
The legalization plan would allow:
- - Purchase and possession up to 20 grams of cannabis for personal use for adults
- - Home cultivation limited to 2-3 plants for citizen
- - The sale will be entrusted to authorized shops and pharmacies with appropriate license
