Satisfy the munchies with healthy foods

One of the most common and "tasty" effects of taking marijuana is munchies. The sense of appetite overcomes us and, in those moments, it matters little what we eat as long as it is edible. Very often, however, we indulge in junk food because it is already ready and apparently more appetizing.
The doctor Jordan Tishler, professor at Harvard Medical School and expert in cannabinoid therapies, states that: "The munchies are absolutely real and seem to increase the desire for crunchy foods. So I advise my patients to have bags of baby carrots on hand, not Doritos."
From dried fruit, crunchy and satiating, to fresh fruit, with myriads of colors and flavors to discover, eat healthy it's just as easy and tasty.
